My weight was an issue for most of my life. Like most people in my situation I had tried all the other products from patches, to teas, to just about every other diet pill on the market but nothing worked until I made the decision to get healthy and get my weight under control.

I began by making a few small lifestyle changes. These changes focused on my diet and included portion control, eliminating fast food, counting calories, eating more fruits and vegetables, and getting exercise by simply walking my dog. |
